Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period starts. You may cancel at any time; your account will retain access until the end of the paid period.

Credit Top-ups

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to our service error, credits are automatically refunded to your account. No action needed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.

Exceptions

We may grant refunds at our discretion for cases not covered above. Email support@photoquill.com with your account email and reason.
